Born and raised in Suffolk, I graduated from Leeds University and then trained at Leiths School of Food and Wine in London. I have since established a career as a private chef and am well experienced in providing catering services for large events.
Having been trained in the French classics but with a passion for fusion and more contemporary food, I am able to produce a wide variety of dishes drawing inspiration from different cuisines from around the world.
I aim to provide a professional and bespoke service for all of my clients. I will listen to your ideas and preferences and provide as much or as little guidance as you require.
Having grown up on an organic working farm, seasonality, quality and origin of ingredients is of the upmost importance to me. I believe that the end result of a dish is heavily reliant upon the quality of ingredients used and the time and skill taken to prepare it.
I have a fully equipped, purpose built professional kitchen where food is prepared before being transported to your event. I am also able to offer tastings either here at my own kitchen or in your own home, depending on preference.
For every event I will organise the right amount of staff needed to ensure efficient service and smooth running. I have an excellent team of friendly and professional waiting and kitchen staff who I work with regularly.
